Let's Get Ready To Rumble
I don't know about you, but I've watched that "cinematic recap" video about 30 times. My heart wants to relive the entire day over and over. Last year's USC win was great, but honestly, for home games during the Bielema era, I think this one was #2 for me behind Michigan 2024.
And when I say "home games", I'm referring to the entire day. Sun up to sun down. On my camera roll, this photo (in line for Lot 31 in front of the State Farm Center) was taken at 6:08 am:

And this video is at 9:19 pm as I drove out of the lot:
And then, after I got home, I ate some pizza with the fam, did a deep dive on the box score and the highlights, and then wrote for three hours, publishing my article at 1:55 am. When I hopped into bed I saw that the clock said 1:58 am and I had pulled out of the driveway in the fire engine at 5:58 am so... exactly 20 hours doing something I love with the people I love on a perfect October day. I'll never understand why there were 1,947 unsold tickets.
And it's been three straight years of this. The Michigan game in 2024: perfect day, perfect result. The USC game last year: perfect day, perfect result. The Oregon game this year: perfect day, perfect result. Three of my lifetime top-10 "sun-up to sun-down, everything was perfect" games all happening back-to-back-to-back.
Next year's home schedule includes Indiana, Northwestern, Penn State, UCLA, and Wisconsin. The schedule won't be out until February but we know that Northwestern will be in November along with one other home game so that means two of Indiana, Penn State, and Wisconsin will be in October (or maybe late September). If you don't have tickets for both of those games, I cannot help you. Perfection will happen again, and you have a chance to be there.
Get there at 6:00 am. Leave at 10:00 pm.
I promise you, it will be one of the greatest sports days of your life.
