The 88 Illini: #64-#61

If you're sitting there and you're like "Robert, where are #68 through #65 because I keep a chart of the entire 88 Illini with individual magnets on my refrigerator and just this morning my six year-old son swapped out Michael McDonough and Connor Sullivan so when I came to the site to check the correct order I'm seeing this #64 through #61 post but my refrigerator only has players ranked up through player #68", please remember that I sometimes place an 88 Illini post just below the feature post at the top of the site. So you might have missed that #68 through #65 has been sitting there immediately below that post all weekend.

This will happen a lot in August. At least it did last year. I don't want the latest 88 Illini post to "hide" the thing I've just written so I'll place it one post below the top post. Please remember to check your refrigerator magnets to see if they match the latest post. It's very important that you don't get the players out of order. There will be a quiz at the end.

(How fun would that be? Like, a gameshow atop Engine 77 before the first game. Three contestants, all with buzzers, answering questions like "Robert spent 16 minutes searching a map for the hometown of this Illini player". Winner gets one Powerade Zero Mixed Berry.)

Actually, no. I can't spare a single PZMB. They were out the last time I was at the grocery store and I nearly melted down in the aisle.
