No, it's not possible to frame it all. Yes, it's still a fluid situation. No, I can't say anything for certain because we still don't know anything for certain. A player might enter the portal and come back. A player might wait until an hour before the portal window closes on January 16th to announce that he's put his name in the portal. We are in the middle of the madness.

So what I'm going to attempt to do here is to at least frame the departures. I'm going to use the 2026 depth chart I put together several months ago and I'm going to show you who has departed. And then I might show you who has arrived so far. But I might not. Who knows?? FLUID SITUATION!!
