Deficit

I have about 45 minutes here before I'm leaving the house to go cover the golf regional in Urbana. I touched on this last week in my "back from LA" article but since writing it, it's been on my mind non-stop. In my 16+ years blogging about the Illini, there's never been a topic deficit like this.

This is, of course, a good thing. A very good thing. It's a health check-up where your doctor can find nothing wrong. If everyone was healthy we wouldn't need doctors and if every sports team was perfect we wouldn't need sports bloggers. But I am here to tell you - it's really weird for me.
