97 Minutes: NCAA Tournament Expansion

As part of my efforts to retrain my brain to write shorter articles (not EVERYTHING has to be 3,000 words), I've been doing this "97 minutes" thing. Instead of taking all day to write an article, why not set a timer for 97 minutes and then publish before the timer goes off? (The 97 is for Simeon Rice, by the way.)
